How long does shipping take for new e-bikes?
Orders for in-stock e-bikes typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for accessories and bikes?
We offer a 14-day return window for e-bikes with less than 10 miles on the odometer, subject to a restocking fee. Accessories can be returned within 30 days if they are in new, unused condition.
Do Aventon e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all new Aventon e-bikes purchased directly from our site or authorized retailers come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Can I finance my purchase?
We offer flexible payment options through Affirm, allowing you to pay for your bike over monthly installments. Select Affirm at checkout to see if you qualify.
Are the bikes water-resistant?
Aventon e-bikes are built to IPX4 water resistance standards, meaning they are resistant to splashes from any direction. You can ride in light rain, but bikes should not be submerged or washed with pressurized water.

You can get your bike serviced at any of our 1,000+ authorized dealer locations nationwide. These partners are trained to handle Aventon-specific components and software.
