Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger e-bike shipments.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
